About Matthew Waldron

Matt grew up originally in Cumming, Georgia. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Georgia in 2008.

After working as an orthopedic tech in the ER at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta for2 years, Matt went to PA school at South College in Knoxville, Tennessee where he graduated in 2012. After PA school, he and his wife Arica moved back home to Georgia so that he could join AOC and work with Dr. Brad Register. He enjoys treating patients at our Athens Urgent Care location, SPARC, and Royston offices. When he’s away from the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their two young children, attending football games in the fall, and working in the yard.
