About Nancy Turpin, PT, M. Ed., tDPT, OCS
Having practiced in and around the Athens area since 1987, Nancy is excited to be a part of the AOC team.
Nancy completed her BS in physical therapy at Georgia State University and later earned a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology at the University of Georgia. In addition, she earned certificate in Mechanical Diagnoses and Therapy through the McKenzie Institute. She later returned to school to complete her post professional doctorate in physical therapy. In 2023, she earned her OCS.
Nancy brings extensive experience caring for patients with a variety of spine and general orthopedic injuries and has a penchant for keeping her patients active beyond their physical therapy experience. Her interests include spending time with her children, walking and working out, traveling, and volunteering at church.
