About Jian Hu, MD, PHD
Dr. Hu is a board-certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine specialist.
His expertise lies in restoring function and optimizing performance in those patients with spine, joint, muscle and nerve pain through interventional medicine. He believes that a series of small steps can yield big results.
During his training and career, Dr. Hu has been honored with numerous awards for teaching, research and clinical care. He has been named Fellow of American Academy of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. He has also been recognized as Faculty Attending of the Year, which is awarded to the department’s outstanding physician and teacher in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
