About Jessica Lyster

Jessica grew up in Trussville, AL. She became interested in medicine and orthopedics at a young age while engaging in both sports activities and interactions with health professionals.

She attended Mississippi State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with an Exercise Physiology concentration in 2018. She later completed her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, GA in 2024. Jessica joined AOC in November of 2024 and is working with Dr. Florence specializing in total joints and foot/ankle. In her spare time she enjoys being active, spending time with family, and attending sporting events such as Mississippi State, Alabama, and Georgia football games..
